第一条 绿植花卉租赁数量和价格
甲方租赁绿植花卉 盆，用于室内办公环境美化装饰，每盆租赁价格为14元/月。
第二条 租赁期限

第三条 租金及支付方式
甲方每季度以银行转账方式付款给付乙方绿植花卉租金，由乙方提供同等金额的有效发票。

第四条 甲方权利及义务
4.1.甲方有权对租赁绿植花卉的数量、品种、规格及质量进行监督。

第五条 乙方权利及义务
5.1.乙方负责向甲方提供与甲方办公环境相协调的绿植花卉，并根据不同季节及时更换，保持绿植花卉应有的新鲜和美观。
5.2.乙方工作人员遵守甲方的规章制度，未经许可不得进入与租摆业务无关的区域或做与租摆无关的事项。
5.3.乙方的日常护养时间段务必服从甲方，在摆放绿植花卉及日常维护时应注意安全。因乙方养护工作人员导致甲方或第三方人身、财产受损的，乙方应承担全部赔偿责任。
5.4.乙方负责绿植花卉日常管理(浇水、施肥、修剪、清洁)工作，做到绿植花卉无病虫害、叶面无尘土、盆中无烟蒂等杂物，使绿植花卉保持常绿常青。同时保持现场清洁卫生，做到人走净场。
5.5.甲方如需增加租摆的绿植花卉，乙方应优先提供，相关事项双方另行约定。
5.6.如遇节日、庆典、会议等临时性活动，如甲方需要，乙方应按甲方要求无偿提供甲方装饰用绿植花卉。
5.7.本合同列明的乙方信息(包括代表人、银行账户信息等)，应自变更时起及时通知甲方，否则，由此造成的损失由乙方自行承担，造成甲方损失的，乙方就给予赔偿。
5.8.本合同租摆期满，甲乙双方未就续订合同达成一致意见的，乙方应自租摆期满之日起10日内撤走全部绿植花卉，逾期不撤走，视乙方放弃对绿植花卉一切权益，甲方有权进行处臵。
第六条不可抗力
任何一方因不可搞力无法履行本合同义务的，可免除对另一方的赔偿责任。但遭遇不可搞力的另一方应及时通知另一方，并自不可搞力结束之日起7日内提供发生不可抗力证明。 本合同所称不可抗力，系指不可预见、不可避免并不可抗拒之事由，如火灾、爆炸、洪水、地震、台风、叛乱、暴动、政府政策等。
第七条 违约责任
7.1 乙方未按照本合同4.5条约定履行义务的，在甲方连续通知3次后，乙方拒不履行义务的，甲方有权解除本合同，乙方应支付甲方违约金，违约金为年租金的 %，甲方有权在应付租金中扣除前述违约金。
7.2 乙方有其它违反本合同约定的，或多次违反并经甲方书面催告后仍未改正的，甲方有权解除本合同。因此给甲方造成损失的，乙方应赔偿。
第六条 合同争议的解决方式
本合同在履行过程中发生的争议，由双方当事人协商解决。协商不成时，可向合同签订所在地人民法院起诉。 本合同一式三份，甲执两份、乙一份，合同自签订之日起生效。
第七条 其他约定事项：
合同期满，如甲乙双方无异议，则合同可自动顺延一年。一方欲变更、解除合同，应提前一个月书面通知另一方。
第八条 本合同未作规定的，按照《中华人民共和国合同法》的规定执行。

4． 保证不随意改变花卉的摆放位置，保证不丢失、不人为损坏花卉绿植以及花盆花架和其它附属品，由此引起的花卉损耗由租用方负责照价赔偿。
其它：
1. 如出租方提供的租赁服务未达到本合同要求，租用方有权要求出租方整改，出租方应在收到书面整改要求后限期完成；
2. 如租用方更换或迁移地址，双方协商解决花卉租摆问题；
3. 花卉摆放在100盆以上的，每月底双方人员共同盘点，根据实际数量结算花卉款；
4. 临时或紧急用花按双方约定价格核算；
5. 如租摆地点由于装修等原因造成空气质量恶劣或由于季节原因使得室温经常性（持续或间隔如夜间关闭空调/暖气）低于摄氏10度，双方应协商对植物花卉的品种进行调换；
6. 本合同到期，如双方均无异议，则自动顺延；如有异议，需提前30天书面通知对方；如合同终止，租用方须在出租方撤花的同时，结清全部花卉款；
7. 任何一方违反合同约定即构成违约，并按有关法律规定承担经济责任，违约金为合同总额的10%；
8. 未尽事宜经双方协商解决，所签订补充协议与原合同具有同等法律效力。
本合同一式四份，双方各执二份；自签字盖章之日起生效。
